Bogor Raya region is crossed by 2 large rivers, namely Ciliwung and Cisedane Rivers, where the two rivers are positioned parallel to the location of the city of Bogor. Because the position of these 2 rivers is parallel (or in the local language called 'Se-JAJAR'), many historians estimate as a postulate that the real center of the Pajajaran Kingdom is located in Bogor. This is argue because the name Pajajaran (which means the alignment of the 2 rivers), is taken from the location name of the parallel position of Ciliwung and Cisedane River,where the location is in Bogor.

At present, there are still tens of thousands of settlers on the banks of the Cisadane river, which stretches from the Bogor regency to the Tangerang regency. BPS-2018 data states that the Cisadane River has an irrigation area of 1,563 km2 and the highest water flow reaches 981 m3 per second, the smallest water flow is 18 m3 per second. This meaning, the range of fluctuations in water flows can describe the atmosphere of unstable water flow during the rainy season and during the dry season. The meaning is even further, in the rainy season the houses on the banks of the Cisadane river will potentially face catastrophic collapse and washed away by the swift river currents. This is called the houses of high-risk residents affected by natural disasters.
Compared to other provinces on the island of Java, BPS-2018 data show that houses inhabited by less than 7 m2 per person in DKI are 26.7%, in West Java there are 9.3%, Central Java is 2.6%, DIY there are 3.6%, East Java there are 4.6%, and Banten there are 6.7%. This means, except Jakarta (DKI), the provinces of West-Java and Banten have high priority needed for more extensive living space than other provinces in Java Island. So that is why are there still many residents who are willing to have a high risk of living on the banks of the Cisadane riverbank? Of course the answer is not very simple, it is not as simple as explaining the causes of poverty of a population. we understand that in some study refer that there is significant correlation between poverty level with riverbank resettlement location of the community.

Diana Dee Mohy's contemplation in expressing her work entitled "Rumah di Bantaran Sungai Cisadane" (House at Cisadane Riverbank) above, is still raging in the minds of government holders, but at least there are lessons and philosophy of life gained from this work, namely that houses on the banks of the riverbank Cisadane must have a strong foundation in order to withstand the steepness of the position of the house and the heavy impact of river water.
As Diana said, likewise in human life, people must have a foundation in life today. The foundation of life principles, faith, life purpose, and self capacity to always be ready to adjust in every storm of life, so that they can still survive through life.
